Here’s my pitching highlights from a couple weeks ago in Conway, Arkansas

This past weekend was my first weekend back from my hamstring injury. I had a great outing and threw 4 innings, 0 runs, 1 hit, 3 bb, and 6k.

First weekend hitting in a month do to a Hamstring injury. Picked up right where I left off and went 3-6 on the weekend. Still working to get back to full speed and strength.

Good start to the season. Topped 88mph, sat 84 to 86 most of the day. Hit 87 as well. Also 3 for 5 at the plate.

Went to Carl Junction tonight and watched my athlete have himself a night vs My Old Alumni Baxter Springs 3-4 with 2 singles and a ground rule double 2 RBI’s 2SB Stud athlete with metrics off the charts at his age Craig Hayes Train Athlete

Great day on the mound. Faced a great team and 30 batters. Went 7 innings, 1 earned run, with 7 KO’s. Fast ball was between 87-89 mph, curve 71-73 mph, and change up 73-85 mph. Batting .423 on the season so far. Solid defense on 1B. 2 and 0 on the mound. Work never stops.
