All day during rehab a therapist and I had been working on getting out of a wheelchair and walking for the first time. At the end of the day, she helped me walk back into my room and over to my daughter so I could give her a hug standing upright.

For the first year or two I was depressed about losing my 40+ year career as a pilot because someone else made a stupid mandate decision. I have gotten better with the help of my wife who reminds me that I survived so we can spend time together and that’s what is important now.

The covid jab caused strokes that required emergency brain surgery and several emergency intubations due to trouble breathing after surgery. This video was an examination of my vocal cords (laryngoscopy) showing some damage. I am able to speak but my voice is weak.

This scar is from an incision that was made in the back of my head during a covid jab induced emergency craniectomy, it allowed my brain to swell without damaging my brain stem. The incision went through my neck muscles which is part of the reason I can’t pilot an aircraft again.

Blood clots, strokes and brain surgery, due to the mandated covid jab, required a tracheotomy until I could breathe on my own which made me unable to talk. A speaking valve placed over the trach tube allowed me to tell my family “I love you.”

Early on several pilots I worked with said they would never get the jab. It is too dangerous/unproven, could ruin your career and possibility kill you, it only helps drug company executives make their boat payments. Besides, FAA would never allow it, they added. Then our employer

This hole in my neck was from performing a tracheotomy that was installed to help me breathe days after brain surgery. It was needed to protect my airway until I was able to breath on my own. The tracheotomy tube has been removed, leaving a small scar

I want to express my sincere gratitude for all the support and prayers. I hope by telling and showing what happened to me, it will give PAUSE to anyone thinking of getting this dangerous covid shot/booster. Putting you or your family's health in danger is not worth the risk.

Pilot medical certification and health was/is at stake as well as public safety with this mandate. In my case, after 40+ years as a pilot, my medical certification is gone forever. My regrets are deep. In retrospect, I should have let them fire me. But at least I am alive and

Where was the FAA’s Aerospace Medical Certification Division when companies put public safety at risk by threatening pilots with their jobs unless they complied with putting an unproven/experimental injection into their body and damaging their health

The hospital/doctors did extensive testing to try and find a reason for these rare strokes, My tests were normal but they were quick to rule out the jab. I was later told by an RN that ruling out the jab was political. Now we are seeing how true that was

The best thing I heard from a doctor was in response to me commenting to him that living a healthy lifestyle didn’t seem to help me much when it came to a dangerous covid vaccine. He said, “All those healthy things you did, are one of the reasons you survive.”

The last thing I remember was my legs shaking and then collapsing in the bathroom at the hospital. My brain was swelling. I was later told one of the big reasons I survived was because this happened in the hospital, if this happened while flying or work/home I would have died
