Teacher story: "I have covid. I cover numerous schools in Granite. I was told I could come back to work after ten days, even with minor symptoms ("cough, sniffles"). After speaking with the UDOH, I was told I had to be 24-hour symptom-free (including minor symptoms)."

"On January 5, I tried to go watch the Iron County School District Board meeting in person, but 3 of the 6 board members were maskless and several people watching also were maskless. So I left. That pretty much sums up how back to school is going." #uted #utpol Iron County Schools

My students' families were some of the most vocal in demanding SLCSD return to in-person learning. This whole time, they've been travelling and gathering outside their households. They clearly have no issue putting my life or other community members at risk. #utpol #uted
