courageoushealthjd.wordpress.com/2025/05/05/if-… #maha people, if you are serious then how about we start with our most ill folks currently in the hospital trying to heal while being given ultra-processed junk food? #hospital #hospitalfood #MAHA #healthcare #makehealthcarehealthyagain

Real salt is good for us. It's a natural mineral that we actually infuse into most hospitalized peoples veins. But this? This is sugar, anti-caking agents, and aluminum. This is not healthy.

courageoushealthjd.wordpress.com/2025/05/11/mah… As much as I love the MAHA movement and would absolutely rejoice if they started making the changes RFK Jr. talks about, I’ve learned nothing is more important than our personal empowerment. Don't wait on the gov't for what you could do today.

I'm Jill, author of courageoushealth.blog. My blog is an internet hideaway for those seeking to break away from the destructive modern healthcare system and who are curious if natural healing is really possible. You could search Google for hours and not find a blog like this.

I post articles and think pieces in the topics of achieving vibrant health and actual healing rather than being stuck in the wheel of symptom-care. Vibrant health is our birthright and we can achieve this naturally.

Why is my blog unique? I'm a former hospital RN who saw a lot of unnecessary illness. I now advocate for natural health and natural healing, which I've experienced myself. I speak to all of my former patients, their families, their friends and tell them there's a better way.

How did fasting help me heal? It wasn't just kicking bad food habits. I had to look to the Lord's way of healing. Isaiah 58. Fasting with intention while serving others so he could break every yoke, relieve my oppression and my healing quickly appeared. He is my rear guard.

The word "pharmacy" come from the Greek word "pharmakeia" which is translated as "witchcraft" or "sorcery" and refers to the use of drugs, potions, or spells for magical, medicinal and sinister purposes. Jesus already heals! We don't need pharmaceuticals.
