So!!! Just had the most amazing conversation (60 minutes) with an agent at OVO who not onky couldn’t calculate the necessary DD amount based on usage but also threatened to impact our credit file if we paid a lower amount! They seemed to become very lost when reminded (1)

that OVO isn’t a an FSA register credit provider or that if I cancel my DD they have to bill me normally. Also seems to be confused that legally I have 28 days to pay a statement before I’m on default. There isn’t an #EnergyCrisis there are companies bullying people (2)

and this is why so many people feel helpless or suicidal!!! I hope OVO have recorded the call as they stated because I will be emailing Ofgem first thing tomorrow to complain The Sun The Times and The Sunday Times The Guardian Martin Lewis
