my work Secret Santa gift was a voucher for Bell, Book & Candle, a great book / record shop in Galway- so I spent a lovely hour there this afternoon- I had to put a few euro with it, however a great haul all the same 😬🎶

day off today, so I spent a few hours digging out summer clothes & beginning to pack for our sun holiday on Saturday- to get in the mood, I cooked up a seafood paella-style dish for dinner, to be washed down with a nice Albariño 🥂👌

unusual for me to be doing the breakfast / lunch shift, however I’ll get to finish early as I’m on holidays from tomorrow, so this is my philosophy for today 😅 Happy Friday people!
