Dr Amit Pawa💉🎙️ LA resistance is drug dependent and can be as high as 1%. Causes are genetic variations of Na channels,Joint hyper mobility syndromes, scorpion envenomation and mutation of melanocortin 1 receptor.( ginger hair). I’ve seen it a few times with patients from Mediterranean origins.
