Fair weather days exploring reefs nearby Lizard Island on the CoralExpeditions citizen science cruise. All guests explored a few different tools, including iNaturalist and CoralWatch to assess biodiversity and coral health. At some locations, coral cover was off the chain!

CoralWatch The Coral Health Chart was developed by scientists from UQ Science during a coral bleaching event on Heron Island. Now, the chart has been used to collect data on over 230,000 corals in 79 countries. #qldscience
