Yesterday I went on live to call sellers that are about to lose their investment properties to auction. In 40 minutes I bagged 2 duplexes and 1 sfh each for $500 + the back taxes they owed. Low end , each could sell for 20-30k. Rent to Own with interest? 50k plus. 😌🙏
