We were at Hope St Mellons Fun Day on Saturday with our Recycling Game which all of the children were really enjoying. Fun but educational too! They received a Litter Champion sticker, a wordsearch & colouring-in sheet for taking part ♻️🚮 #recycle

For our next volunteer session, we will be teaming up with the amazing Cardiff Rivers Group at our Ancient Woodlands, Cath Cobb Woods, on Saturday 26th July to cut back vegetation, litter pick the woods, inc. the pond & stream, & surrounding area. #LoveWhereYouLive St Mellons

Our Community Park Ranger has acted upon a report of wheelchair users having difficulty at this entrance gate to Hendre Lake. It has been filled in evenly now making it easier and safer for all to access and enjoy our beautiful Hendre lakes. St Mellons Trowbridge

8 volunteers worked in a meadow at Hendre Lake for last months volunteer session. Thanks all for your hard work. We were joined by singing robins, a Dark Bush Cricket, Red Admiral, Small White and Speckeled Wood butterflies, and a beautiful Migrant Hawker Dragonfly #conservation

It's autumn and what better time than to spend our next volunteer session in our Ancient Woodlands, Cath Cobb Woods 🍄🍂🍁🍄 We'll be at our local woodland on Saturday 18th October for some vegetation and scrub management. A great time to spot fungi too! St Mellons Cardiff
