If you’re in Chicago and interested in a pair of senior guinea pigs Anti-Cruelty has a pair of 4-5 y/o males who really need an adopting. We don’t have any other info, but shelter life is really hard on older ones. Best to go in person, they can't always answer the phone. 💛
It’s been a while since I had Blue Apron Tues was Cheesy Mushroom Quesadillas but the best part was the roasted carrots tossed in a tomato-chipotle butter (obviously not vegan). Filling meal, easy to make. 👍👍
Tonight is Blue Apron Baked Tofu & Creamy Tomato Curry. This is really good and would be super easy to make as a vegan meal (sub coconut cream for reg cream). I had some leftover lime yogurt from last meal so added on the side. 👍👍
So pleased to see this recognition. Ernie was one of Sarasota Orchestra biggest fan and supporter. Sarasota was a better place because of his generosity.
Had a Blue Apron dinner tonight: Smoked Gouda & Mushyoom Quiche with Honey l-Glazed Asparagus. Super easy to make. If I make again will add some extra seasonings and spinach.
Made the Blue Apron Roasted Garlic & Basil Pesto Pasta today. Here it is cooking. Loved that the pasta came pre-cooked. Enjoyed the breadcrumb topping & brightness of the lemon.
Today’s lunch from Blue Apron = Green Shakshuka with white Beans & Cila rep sauce. Very flavourful and super easy to make. I would make this again and play with a vegan version with a couple of substitutions and no egg/feta. 👍👍
