What started out as a mystery cloning project during my rotation turned out to be the 15th Integrator subunit and my first, first author paper! From GardiniLab and Wojtek Galej labs, we use a combo of AlphaFold2, proteomics, and functional genomics to characterize INTS15

I’m so excited that my thesis work from Steve DiNardo lab is finally out in the world! We address how a stem cell niche forms, and how niche shape impacts its function. Additionally, we show that stem cells aid in shaping the niche that guides their behavior biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
