Amendment 395 was approved by Massachusetts lawmakers this week to allow an alcohol licensed establishment to sell alcoholic beverages at a discounted price before 10PM (aka HAPPY HOUR). The amendment still needs to clear a committee and governor to sign the amendment into law.
