It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a FOCP/Congleton Carnival legend and a former head of Buglawton Old School Ken Williams, at the weekend.All of us at Friends of Congleton Park ( FOCP ) send our deepest condolences, love, and support, to Alison and family.
