Avoid a fee and help reduce waste - take reusable bags with you when you shop. Starting Jan 1, a new Colorado law will require businesses w/ more than 3 locations to impose a 10-cent fee for single-use plastic and paper bags. Read more at leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb21-1162
