We must be smarter and use our resources most efficiently. I'm talking people and infrastructure - not only natural resources.

Most medical point of business are run inefficiently. Things can be done a lot quicker- which means more patients in less time for less cost

Do you really need an expensive German car? It only makes you look good. Efficient transportation is better - multi use vehicles make sense.
