A suicidal move from German academia👇🏼Rather than increasing the # of exceptionally few TT positions this “reform” proposes to limit postdoc periods up to 3 years, after which postdocs will either have to find a permanent position (that are almost non-existent) or leave academia.

I am speechless. Absurd suggestion to reduce the maximum allowed postdoc time in non-permanent positions from 6 to 3 years without generation of new permanent or TT positions. #IchBinHanna #WissZeitVG
