We are using Sinch Mailgun to provide professional services to our customers, all emails are transactional (billing, ticketing, notifications, etc.)

All business processes are just stopped by Sinch Mailgun without any notice..

When are we going to get back the normal service we are paying for? Should we look for another solution like Amazon SES ?
