I felt guilty for missing my walk yesterday when I was frying my brain, so today I made up for it. 30 days ago I was drinking almost 2,000 calories a day in alcohol alone. Now I’m Mr. Fucking Fitness. 😂

I just got an Apple Watch yesterday and I’m pretty happy with it so far. It gives me a much better idea of how many calories I’m burning, etc. Amazon has them on sale for at least $100 off MSRP if you have a Prime subscription. Just be careful of counterfeits.
