A planned emergency preparedness drill will take place at Rickenbacker International Airport (@rickintlairport) tomorrow, June 11, from 8:30 a.m.–2 p.m. You may hear scanner/radio traffic about an aircraft incident — this is only a drill. No impact to airport operations.

Picking someone up? Here's a curbside refresher to keep things moving: 1. Use the column numbers to coordinate pick up 2. Know your lane: inner lanes are for active loading; outer lanes lead to farther pick up spots and curbside exit (pro tip: columns 7-9 are usually less busy!)

Born on this day in 1921, John Glenn was the first American to orbit Earth — and a proud Ohioan. Today we honor his legacy, which lives on in every journey that begins here.
