A Michigan woman is suing Christian mission group Ethnos360, alleging she was repeatedly raped and abused by one of its missionaries while living in Indonesia. Kayla McClain claims the abuse began when she was five and is seeking over $50,000 in damages. julieroys.com/michigan-woman…

Ministry Watch has Ethnos360 listed as the second largest foreign missions organization by total revenue. Churches and supporters need to consider what they're enabling by giving nearly $70 million+ a year to Ethnos360.

According to the recent complaint, IHART, Ethnos360's investigation process coordinated by Theresa Sidebotham (Telios Law), required either a witness or a confession by the perpetrator in order to corroborate the abuse of the MK plaintiff.

"I don't think we really understand the level of deception that occurs in people who abuse... We're very naive... You can't marinate yourself in the lies and deception that are needed to keep abusing- and then say 'I'm sorry' and have that change who you are."
