Pickled walnut and tomato ketchup Heat half a jar of pickled walnuts - crushed - with their juice with a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes. Reduce juice - liquidise and sieve. Adjust with a little sugar, salt and vinegar. Bottle hot and seal. For cold/hot meat, fish, cheese, veggies.
