PSA: Real-world prediction does not improve by statistically correcting correlations. Improving your measures does that.

Like many of you, I received a DMCA removal request by the American Psychological Association a few days ago, asking me to remove the PDF of a paper from my personal website. I wrote them back, & they have rescinded their request. I'll post screenshots of the emails below and hope it helps others.
