The voters of Mississauga-Lakeshore have the best job this campaign - they get to vote for my friend Elizabeth A. Mendes! Liz will be a fantastic MPP and a real champion for the people of Mississauga at Queen's Park. I can't wait to see her in the role.

“He lives in a completely different world. He doesn’t buy groceries in tough neighbourhoods or take public transit,” Conservative House Leader Andrew Scheer told reporters. Sounds like Andrew Scheer describing Pierre. He must think he’s unfit for leader. theglobeandmail.com/politics/artic…

Sitting in a bar ahead of Canada v USA and the people all around me aren’t talking hockey, but about tariffs and natural resources… something real has very much shifted.

The United States is barrelling towards being a failed state with an autocrat for a president. Who had that on their 2025 bingo card?

Justin Trudeau is holding a news conference in Ottawa. Begins by slamming Donald Trump for starting a trade war with Canada while playing nice with Russia. “Make that make sense,” Trudeau says

Correction - this is exactly what people voted for. None of this was secret. Trump’s reckless authoritarianism, wacky economics, compulsive lying and wilful criminality were on full display. Giving people an out now may make them feel good, but it doesn’t change their choices.

Wait to Canadian conservative columnists find out he’s criticizi— Oh. It’s okay. It’s an American Senator not Canadian. Oh, it’s a Republican American Senator. Is that criticism okay? Looking at you Toronto Sun.

This is what happens when you’ve only drawn paycheques from Parliament and they don’t teach something in the pages of Ayn Rand.

CPC manufactured dismay over a pointed response to media is hilarious hypocrisy. A bad faith approach to media has been their bread and butter for years and only today, on the day axe the tax 2.0 bombed spectacularly, are they suddenly defenders of the Gallery.

Imagine being this out of moves this early? Sometimes the guy who thinks he’s playing chess is the only person who doesn’t realize he’s playing checkers.

Nope. That’s the wrong analysis. Carney has been nothing close to “nice” to Trump, the Liberals have been nothing close to “nice” to Trump. Only Pierre has been paralyzed by his inability to figure out the next move.

Pierre is actively choosing to leave his own party at risk to protect his narrow political interest. Canadians can't be expected to believe he'll behave differently to protect our country.

Dr. Margaret Meyer, Mark Carney’s doctoral supervisor, is unequivocal: there is no evidence of plagiarism in his PhD thesis. Despite this, the American-owned National Post ignored this evidence and ran a story based on the “analysis” of a Conservative donor and activist.

Poilievre’s performance is weak and scripted. He’s running on the fumes of his overly-scripted, failing campaign.

These zombie Harper commercials are a true downer during otherwise entertaining hockey games. Reminder - he diagnosed the 2008 financial crisis as a “buying opportunity”.
