The best baseball seniors in the area suited up one last time for today's Bruin Club Classic, hosted by Mott Athletics/Mott CC Baseball. I had the chance to chat with two players who took part in the game: Corunna Baseball's Colby Ardelean and FlushingRaiderAD's Brayden Jones ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Colby Ardelean and Collin Thompson have both been selected to represent Corunna at Dow Diamond on July 6th at 6pm. The game will feature the Flint All-Stars vs. Bay City/Saginaw All-Stars.⚾️

Congratulations to Corunna Baseball senior Colby Ardelean on being named Argus-Press Sports All-Area Colby was lead off hitter for Coach Osika’s team, batting .554 & breaking the school record for hits (62) & stolen bases (42) in a season. He finished his career with 101 total hits.

Congratulations to Braden Andrejack for being named to The Argus-Press Sports All-Area baseball team. Braden is a smooth fielding SS who batted .380, with 11 doubles 26 RBI’s and 17 stolen bases from the 2-spot for 25-6 Corunna Baseball who ended the season ranked #13 by the MHSBCA

Congratulations to Logan Vowell for being Argus-Press Sports All-Area. The Corunna Baseball Jr pitcher/second baseman had 41 IP, 59 K’s & only 12 walks. The Cavaliers cleanup hitter had a .363 Avg, .495 OBP, & scored 23 runs while only striking out 6 times (in 107 plate appearances).

Congratulations to Corunna Baseball senior Colby Ardelean for being named to the LSJ Sports All-Area Baseball Dream Team Colby hit .554 with 15 XBH, 22 RBIs, and scored 51 runs. He broke the school record with 42 SB’s & 62 hits. He also went 4-0 on the mound with a 2.33 ERA.
