Coaches please check on your players everyday. You never know what they are going through unless you ask. Make sure you take care of the individual player first.

Athletes be sure to prepare your mind before every game don’t leave out the most important part of your preparation. Control your emotions and this will allow your actions to be consistent. Stay in the moment. #mindsetmatters

If your in season and not lifting three days a week please don’t complain when your struggling come July. Strength and Speed are two areas that have to be constant in season. Great players know how to work

If you want to be a great infielder please take grounders hundreds a week with game like mentality. Can’t expect it to be there unless it’s your normal.

I’ve been watching a ton of college games and I hope high school catchers are watching you don’t see many ejection mitts or pass balls. Catchers please clean up your receiving it’s critical to the game tempo and your pitchers success.

I coached this young man at 15u and he did stuff preparation wise I’ve never seen before. Ben Williamson of William & Mary is a stud. If your a young player watch him because that’s how the game should be played. #MLBDraft

Congratulations to Coach Camp and the rest of his staff and players for playing tough baseball all week. Their laser focus was awesome to watch.

Talking with my guy Dylan Brice Little about what is failure. Failure means we have not perfected it yet. Failure means your working through it. The true failure is simply not trying. Be humble we all fail.

Everett Catlett (Orleans Firebirds | Georgetown Baseball | '23) struck out one across 4.1 clean innings of relief yesterday. Second stellar outing of the playoffs for him. FB 92-95, CH 85-90, SL 80-81. Only allowed 3 runs in 31.1 INN for the Mystic Schooners this summer #PGCape

Earlier this week a defamatory social media post went viral about a great college program. IT IS NOT TRUE that George Mason Baseball "...took every scholarship away from the whole 2024 class. They want to use the money in the portal. They said you can walk on if you want." 💯 #FACTS

I stated this below yesterday for someone to lie about a program is ridiculous. If you have questions pick up the phone and call the head coach his number is public.

I have watched over 50 conference championship games between all conferences as I recover from my surgery and what sticks to me is how important coaches are to players. Coaches championship does not define your success it is your place in those players hearts. #MakeADifference

In college they get 6 days rest In the minors they get 4-6 days rest In MLB they get 4 days rest In high school we give kids with growth plates open with not great routines defined and we create chronic workload on 3-5 days rest. Then we ask why do they get hurt.
