Got asked tonight how much I weighed - I responded, was definitely a smart ass at first all because of a course record I took in a time trial. His response - man think about what you could do if you lost 20 ish pounds….Who knows man? 🤷‍♂️ I guess I would lose 20lbs & have a record

I fucking hate how much body image is talked about negatively in outdoor sports. If people feel good about where they’re at and/or feel strong, that should be that. That negativity’s gotta be a reflection of insecurity.
