github.com/coenttb/swift-… with native windows IOCP and linux IOUring, as well as fallback on Kqueue and Epolling (Darwin). Blocking subsystem is basically done (keeps blocking syscalls off swift cooperative thread pool; e.g. for swift-file-system). This is work in progress / build
