My biggest Meta hot take is that I don’t think exclusions work at all. I’m very skeptical of them and post iOS I don’t think Meta has a reliable way of excluding customers and site traffic.

I wish there was a good way to know how much outstanding demand you’ve created in DTC. Aka how full your funnel is.

SAAS has some good higher funnel pipeline metrics that feed into revenue.
