A3: Just like with students, relationships among people are key. Knowing myself, it's hard to step out of the classroom, though it's so worth it in the end! Having weekly events helps with this too! My fav: lunch club! #saskedchat

A4: I'm not even sure what "one school culture" would mean... I'd say that school culture is the result of the staff and students that represent the school at the given moment. Each year will be different. Same with each school, each classroom, etc. #saskedchat

A5: My favourite events, as both a student and a teacher, are BBQs. Maybe it's just the laid back, easy going feeling! Also, as a TA, the school I worked for had assemblies every morning to pray, sing O Canada, and give announcements! I 100% support that method! #saskedchat

A7: I think the community should be a part of school culture whenever they can be. Like others have said, having a partnership is essential for a well functioning school and neighborhood. #saskedchat
