I have to say it is pretty surreal writing code that generates its own code to use at runtime. It's a bright future everyone!

I used to be a heavy console and PC gamer. It all started with the NES, Commodore 64 and a 286 Intel PC that all got upgraded over the years. 30 years later and becomin a parent means portable or no gaming. Thanks Nintendo of America and Steam Deck for keeping me gaming!

I am happy to announce that I am making my way back to game development! My time is done in Mixed Reality (for now) and I am returning to Xbox at TheInitiative to work on Perfect Dark! I will be working in the gameplay systems team and am excited to bring this game to life!

I have to say, I am thoroughly enjoying working with Unreal Engine 5. There are quirks that take getting used to, but the power and flexibility blueprints provide are pretty amazing.

I never knew I needed a game where I can play a chosen lamb to lead a cult, but man do I need that in my life. Cult of the Lamb has stolen the spot as favorite game of 2022.

I have been running D&D 5E for my weekly game group for about 8 years now. We know the system well and have found what we like and what we don’t. Now we are giving Pathfinder 2E a try and I have to say, I love the skill and action mechanics. Customization is 🔥. Nice work Paizo!

Unreal has such a tendency to have multiple things trying to do very similar things but in a disjoint way. Many times they feel like they were developed in a vacuum by two different teams which is almost certainly the reality.
