Justice Lee did not vindicate Linda Reynolds. He said that ON THE EVIDENCE BEFORE HIM he could not form the opinion that there had been a cover up. There seems to be a lot of other evidence that wasn't presented in this particular court case which suggests there WAS a cover up.
