Really wanna find my place in this industry so I can hit my full creative potential.

It’s sad to see dedicated photographers be less of a priority in college sports creative. Having your graphic designers on the sidelines doesn’t negate a need for a team photographer, someone who isn’t capturing solely for the players’ social media, but to document team history.

Hiring managers: if you start the job listing process, it is your responsibility to see it through. People who apply to jobs are putting themselves out there. They deserve to hear back from you. Even if it’s to say they’re not a good fit. Every applicant deserves a response.
