CoBAMS College Guild Council Thank you everyone who showed up for the debate, it’s been so insightful!

I'm at the School of Business (Block B) Conference Room attending the hand-over ceremony of CoBAMS Students' Leadership. The 90th College Guild Council, led by my Brother Byamukama Junior, is passing over the mantle to the 91st under the stewardship of Hon. Ssozi Fahad Bbatte🥂

At the college Guild Leaders’ handover on 14.04.25, Deputy Principal Makerere University COBAMS, Prof. James Wokadala—representing the Principal Prof. Edward Bbaale reaffirmed his office’s openness to students & urged the new cabinet to be output-driven, build on past gains, & stay actively engaged.

The Deputy Principal Prof. James Wokadala challenged the incoming Makerere University COBAMS Guild Cabinet to champion student internships, integrate students into all College research projects for mentorship, and organize international conferences to boost the college’s global visibility.

Earlier this week, the 90th CGC Cabinet, led by Junior Byamukama handed over to the 91st CGC Cabinet led by Ssozi BATTE Fahad in a ceremony graced by Deputy Principal, Prof. James Wokadala. The event also included the swearing-in of the new cabinet, marking a seamless transition🥳.

In his address, the Deputy college principal, Prof. James Wokadala reaffirmed his office's commitment to student engagement and encouraged the new leaders to focus on delivering results.

After our Advanced Taxation Management exam - our last paper at the School of Business; Comrade Byamukama Junior (CGC Chairperson) and I, have had a light moment with the CoBAMS Principal - Prof. Bbaale Edward, he congratulated us & shared his words of wisdom as we exit college.

Last week on Fri/16th/May/2025, as the Bachelor of Commerce Class (22/U-intake) completed our 3 years at the School of Business, College of Business and Management Sciences (CoBAMS) of Makerere University. God has surely been faithful 🙏 Onto the next ✌️ We Build For the Future!
