A day in which I’ll never forget! 3 years ago to the day I worked 2C36 the 1410 Brighton to Seaford. My first ever train as a qualified conductor. Despite being cans now 3206 will always hold a special part in my heart.

Track maps and coffee can only mean one thing. It’s route refresh day. Today’s choices are the fan favourite from Redhill to London Bridge and then the Catford Loop.

For only the 2nd time since joining the blue side welcome to Maidstone East platform 3. Today I’m covering a neighbouring depots duty and it’s a very 377 heavy day with only my pass trains being 375s! Its gloriously sunny today so do remember to stay safe, and stay hydrated ☀️

You might’ve noticed things have been a wee bit quiet here as of late… Rest assured I’m still here but a lot has happened recently which I’m reflecting on but normal service will resume soon. Nat

And with that day one comes to a close. I’m back, not on trains at the moment but still here to keep the SouthEast moving.

Historic Hastings, which has been my home for the past week assisting passengers with their journeys and enquiries. I’ve been warmly adopted into their superb small team and week after next it’s time to get back to being Coast Conductor and back onboard.

Two years ago today, I had the absolute privilege of crossing the finish line for the final time of driver and guard operation on the Sussex Coastway routes with 313s. My train crew career started on these veteran units and I’m forever thankful for the experience they gave me.

One final time to take to the helm of Big Blue! I imagine tickets will sell quickly!

Time to get back to doing what I love most

At 27 years old, I’ve been to my first concert. I only knew one of the songs. But the Mrs is happy as she loves the band. I’m. It going to lie, it wasn’t a bad experience (apart from venue beer prices). Any FNAF fans will know exaclty who The Living Tombstone are
