Monticello three-star linebacker and #Iowa commit Preston Ries (Preston Ries) is the MaxPreps Iowa High School Football Player of the Year. Ries holds the IHSAA record for most pass/rush yards in a high school career. Ries will sign with the #Hawkeyes on Wednesday.
