One of the hardest things for me is watching kids you truly care about play their last HS baseball game. Some will be lucky enough to play college ball, but nothing is like HS baseball.

A dog on the field for sure! This kid Riley Gibson will run through a wall for you if he knows you have his back. He just keeps getting better every year. Pick this guy - he wants to dominate.

College/college athletics isn’t for everyone - it’s not high school sports. Probably one of the most dedicated student athletes I’ve ever coached just let me know he signed a contract to join the Army Rangers this December.
