As a coach, the ones I see quitting are the ones who really need football (or any extra-curricular really) the most. The ones who need structure and discipline and a sense of belonging. Parents please encourage your kids to get involved in something that challenges them.

Coachable guy that wants to get better. Keeps me on my toes wanting film corrections posted quickly. Made all our check calls yesterday and helped the young guys align properly. Looking for BIG things this year!
