I have noticed this year that I have some PE classes that cannot handle music. When music is playing during the activity it seems to just cause more chaos / craziness. So today we had a couple classes with no music. Always trying new things #physed

Parkour Leaping station- Ss run up to the mats and push off the top to try to swing their legs over and land on feet. #physed #parkour

High Jump - Ss try to run and jump over the PVC bar like a high jump competition. We are working on jumping hopping and leaping in PE. They love this one. #physed #jump #highjump

Long Jump- Ss Run Up to the spring board and either jump or leap off the end using force to see how far they can move their body on the mat. #physed #longjump #jump

JUMP HOP LEAP STATIONS- Ss participate in long rope, individual jump ropes, long jump, high jump, parkour jumps, and ninja walk climbing/ leaping. I have posted individual videos of stations as well. This is the end of my jump rope / jump hop leap unit #physed
