I give the ball away...I get it back! I hate the pitch...I play with confidence! I feel fear...I respond with freedom! I get left out the team...I support my team mates! I get subbed...I warm down effectively I have a bad game...I reflect on the positives I lose...I learn!

You have no control over what other people are doing or saying & really, why would you care. Just concentrate on helping & serving others. Focus on those who’re important in your life, the things you can control & how you can impact others. In the end, that’ll say it all.

Parents: You can’t force your child to be motivated. You can’t make them do more, but you should be teaching them that if they choose to do the minimum, that’s what they’ll get in return. Eventually, they’ll learn the hard way that the bare minimum doesn’t produce desired results

PARENTS: If you want to help your children improve their sport performance, consider being more silent on the sidelines and more vociferous about sleep and nutrition. Your children will manage the field just fine as you control the home environment.👍 #TOVO

The team you’re on is less important than the attitude, effort & energy you bring. Freshman, Sophomore, JV, Varsity, starter, 2nd string, role player, etc. doesn’t define who you are. How you respond to your role, while working for the role you want & helping your team win, DOES!

By choosing an in-game persona we give ourselves a better chance for our predictive brain to decide to engage with that last lung busting run. We give ourselves a better chance to engage in that tackle…
