Got after some upper body movements with the kettlebells today.

Curls: 3 sets, 8-12 reps
Seated Alt. Presses: 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Gorilla Rows: 4 sets, 8-12 reps
Floor Flyes: 3 sets, 8-10 reps

Took about 30 total minutes & ended up being a really good workout.
