Today is Ashraf and Kyan’s day to step up and compete. Both come in ranked 48th and will collect some scalps in front of them.

Ashraf came in 48th and moved up to 41st in some tough conditions. Fantastic season for this young man as he is now the 3k steeple and indoor 5k school record holder. Both records had stood since 1981. ⁦Zach Newsom⁩
