Well that's it! First part of the season done! Time for a nice long well deserved/earned Christmas break! Recharge the batteries for the new year!

Wow, what an amazing team talk🔥 He has such a great calmness and clarity in the way that he talks. Coaching is about formations and tactics, but the way you communicate with your players is just as important, and that was really powerful.

Question ⁉️⁉️⁉️ Have you ever got to the point of not enjoying coaching and if so what did you do to motivate yourself and start enjoy it again?

When will we change youth football to summer! We encourage children to play and majority of the games get postponed/cancelled throughout the season due to the weather and lack of 3g pitches available to grassroots teams!

And this is why we coach! For days like this! Everything we've been working on throughout the season came together today! What a performance from the u8 girls!!! From passing to shooting from defending to attacking all over the pitch everyone worked for each other!

When you come to do a session plan & the only pen you can find is your daughter's bear pen! And you scribble some sort of a session plan. 😂😂 Not the best written plan I've done but personally i know what I want to do 😁 #SundayShare
