So confused on why starting players already in the big 5 are going to the portal? What are they looking to gain? Help

Very sad at the Arizona bowl to see that the entire woodwind section of Toledo's band opted out. The rest of the band did their best, but definitely outclassed by Wyoming's band who decided to get this last game together. This opting out is just robbing us of halftime shows.

I covered three high school football games in three days -- Combs at Cat Foot, Apollo at Sunnyside and Nogales at Pueblo -- and two things are happening -- players are taunting and wanting to get the last word when their play should do all the talking and referees are definitely

This kid can do it all!! Receiver, DB, returner, RB, even QB. Great leader who makes the locker room better and exemplifies GRIT!

Agreed. Adjustments are prepared for all season and off season. The value that half time adds in is that in high school you may not ever have time to talk with some players during the game. Half time is the only time you get to have them add their value to adjustments
