Thank you, Coach! I have enjoyed my time working with University School FB this spring! There’s a special group of young men there, and they gearing up for a great fall!

"When you get to the game, everybody wants to win.  Everybody wants to play well.  It's what did you do to get to the game?  How did you prepare?  How did you practice?  What kinds of habits did you create?" Games are played on game day, but games are won in practice.

Camp season has begun! Remember the combo of things which helped you get those invites: lifting, speed training, positional work, nutrition, sleeping, teamwork, & your film on Friday nights! Don’t neglect those things this summer while chasing scholarships. Stick to the process!

"Great teammates hold each other accountable to the high standards and excellence their culture expects and demands." @jongordon11 Your culture is not what you say or hang on the wall; it's what you accept from one another on a daily basis.

Really good athletes who don’t know how to work together make really bad teams. It takes a lot more than good athletes to make a great team.
