Forget what the “gurus” and the “optimal exercise” people say. I’ve seen more mobility & movement improvements using the overhead squat than any other exercise. Grab a band, pvc pipe, or barbell 2-3 sets of 5, 2-3x a week watch your mobility, coordination, and stability ⬆️

Focusing on speed also leads to increased stamina! For the past 5 weeks I have added 1 3 mile run at the end of each week. The rest of my week prioritizes speed and power training. So far I’ve taken 6+ minutes off my 3 mile without any other direct conditioning
