What if God is using all of this for a reason? What if He’s getting us to slow down, spend more time in prayer, and more time in His presence. He’s taking away “gods” that we so often put before Him (sports, money, entertainment) and giving us time to spend with Him.

Someone please explain to me how kids can still play club sports but might not have the opportunity to play their high school season? I am grateful for club but as a former HS coach who is married to a HS coach how can you allow one and not the other?

If you think everyone fighting for HS sports for the fall only care about wins or state titles ... You have NO idea what kids get from HS athletics. What they gain from coaches. The life lessons they learn from sports. It’s about more than wins & trophies. @UIL_AD THSCA
