Tough loss tonight, have to get better being efficient and effective on offense. These droughts of not scoring add to us needing to be dam near perfect on defense to stay in striking distance.

The beautiful thing about walking away from the club ball scene a couple years ago was my phone stopped ringing. Never realized how much it consumed my day to day until it stopped. That being said….Don’t call it a comeback…. <LL Voice>.

I challenged 2027 Mimi Ross this weekend at Embry Riddle Team Camp. Gave her goals each game: get her teammates involved early and often, rebound, get paint touches, while also tracking possessions that she took “off”…the result: Effective and efficient basketball.

The future is bright. I love India Johnson’s game. Smooth handles, gets her paint touches, creates for teammates, defends her position, super athletic, Great teammate, the kid that keeps everyone laughing and smiling. Supremely gifted in the classroom as well. #DefendTheLand

Glue kid, Beloved by her teammates, I can’t even imagine where DGBB would be if it wasn’t for the influence of ‘26 Hailey Banks in our locker room. I call her my Dennis Rodman. Kid seems to impact every play on both sides of the floor. Holds school record rebounds in a game 24.

‘27 Haylee Morelli shot nearly 40% from beyond the arc last season, over the spring & into summer she’s been pushing 50%. So many intangibles this young lady brings to the floor, her ability to space the floor as consistent shooter is something we value greatly. #DefendTheLand

Don't get me wrong, I love being out again Coaching and watching the kids compete....But after a couple years of just being home & out of this club thing, I forgot how much I missed my bed when I was out on these road trips. Can't wait to sleep a full night again.
