As a team of MDs and nurses working closely with homelessness services, community health & hospital partners, ICHA advocates at all levels while delivering critical healthcare and vaccines in these difficult times that can only be weathered together with effective collaboration.

As Omicron is widespread and transmits so rapidly, outbreaks cannot be effectively controlled by sending people to isolation facilities. The tools that do help are IPAC support, PPE, air filtration, vaccines, cohorting and access to harm reduction and clinical supports. 2/3
