My toxic trait is hiding my boyfriends lighters when he gives me attitude

When I moved to pittsburgh I only moved here with a bean bag & a purple saucer chair. A few months ago my boyfriend and I compromised throwing out the bean bag and keeping the other but he threw away the saucer chair when I was outta town. He’s acting like it’s not a big deal 💔

The not caring about throwing away something so sentimental is even more infuriating

I find it wild that yesterday I anonymously asked for feedback on how to ask for a raise and the most common answer is what’s your plan if they let you go? Which seems like such an extreme leap especially when I know I’m good at my job
